Bioanalyzer Assays

The RNA 6000 Nano LabChip and the DNA 1000 LabChip are commonly used by the Core. Information for these LabChips is listed here. Information regarding additional LabChips with different sizing and sensitivities are also available directly from Agilent. The Core will train investigators to run the Bioanalyzer themselves.
